Becky Worley, Tech Reporter/Producer and Contributor to ABC’s Good Morning America

Becky Worley has been a technology reporter and television host and producer since 1998. She is currently the tech contributor for ABC’s Good Morning America; a blogger/columnist for Yahoo! Tech online; and dabbles in other science and tech-related television jobs.  In 2006, she hosted the Travel Channel series: “Best Places to Find Cash and Treasures,” and in 2005 hosted a show entitled: “Mother of All” on the National Geographic channel. Becky started her TV career working in news for Seattle's KOMO-TV, but later went on to consult on web design and IT implementation for small businesses. Starting in1998, she spent six years at ZDTV/TechTV—where she produced three different shows, hosted a live computer help call-in show, and served as a daytime anchor. Becky has a master's degree from Stanford University and is the author of “Security Alert: Stories of Real People Protecting themselves from Viruses, Identity Theft, and Scams." 

 


Beth Blecherman, Founder and Editor, TechMamas

Beth BlechermanBeth Blecherman started her career in application development then Senior Manager, Computer Process Integrity, for Deloitte.  After senior management she took on family management, blogging as her career 2.0. She is a Co-Founder Silicon Valley Moms Group, collaborative mom blogs across the country.  Blecherman founded her personal blog, TechMamas.com, as a platform to discuss technology and gadgets for families. Beth vlogs with other female tech bloggers at Gadgetspin.com.  She also consults with companies on blogger outreach and social media strategies.  She speaks at conferences (including SXSW, BlogHer & Web 2.0) on parenting, social media and technology. Beth Blecherman/TechMamas.com was chosen as one of the Nielson Power Mom 50 influencers. On Twitter as TechMama she was choosen as one of the 25 Influential Moms to Follow on Twitter and BizTechDay's 25 Influential Business Women in Bay Area.

 

Maria Bailey, Author and Radio and TV Personality, and CEO of BSM Media

Maria BaileyMaria Bailey is an award-winning author, radio talk show host, speaker, and authority on marketing to moms.   Each month she speaks to over 11 million moms on TV, radio, print and online.  She is the host of “The Balancing Act” on Lifetime TV, and the WE-Women’s Entertainment Network for Women.  On radio, Maria is host of “Mom Talk Radio,” and co-host of “Good Day with Doug Stephan.” Online, she is the founder of BlueSuitMom.com, and co-founder of Newbaby.com, the largest resource of online video for moms.  Professionally, Maria is CEO of BSM Media, a full service marketing and media firm that specializes in marketing to mothers. She has been an invited speaker to nearly half of the top 100 consumer brands, and her published books include, “Marketing to Moms: Getting Your Share of the Trillion Dollar Market,” and “Trillion Dollar Moms: Marketing to a New Generation of Mothers”; and an upcoming book, “Mom 2.0.”

 


Stacy Libby, Vice President, Voce Communications

Stacy LibbyStacy Libby is a Vice President at Voce Communications, a marketing and communications firm headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley. Stacy has a long history planning, building and managing communication programs for some of the largest and smartest brands in the nation, including HP and Yahoo!. A pioneer in crafting integrated social media programs for large companies and growing brands like Tiny Prints and Smarty Card, Stacy continues to build impactful programs with an artful mix of traditional and social media elements. Outside of Voce, Stacy is a tech-savvy mom blogger who enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She also tries to find time for reading, cooking, running and good red wine (okay, there is always time for red wine.) Her TiVo, iPod and ThinkPad are the evil enablers that feed her pop culture addiction, which she writes about in her blogs: Laptop Television Mom and Silicon Valley Moms Blog.



Tina Sharkey, Chairman and Global President, BabyCenter LLC

Tina is a recognized business leader who for more than 20 years has grown consumer brands and businesses at the forefront of technology innovation. Tina was instrumental in the U.S. introduction of HDTV; co-founded iVillage, where she coined the term “social media”;  built Sesame Street’s digital business; and led the launch of the AOL Network, overseeing all Instant Messaging and Social Media businesses. She has been featured as a Top Leader in Technology by BusinessWeek, Fast Company, and USA Today and recognized as a Woman to Watch by Advertising Age. Tina is Chairman and Global President of Johnson and Johnson’s BabyCenter, the leading global interactive parenting network, reaching 16 million online moms across 20 markets worldwide. Tina is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, a founding board member of Baby Buggy and currently serves on the boards of the IAB, ad-tech, and CES MommyTech.
